Code List by 

Discipline

 

You can limit the diagnosis codes you can see by displaying only the diagnosis codes associated with one of the disciplines:


  • ST - Speech Therapy
  • OT - Occupational Therapy
  • PT - Physical Therapy
  • MH - Mental Health


Follow these instructions to view diagnosis codes associated with a specific discipline:


  1. On the menu bar, click Setup. The Setup menu appears below the ClinicSource menu.


  1. On the Setup menu bar, click Diag. Code. The Diagnosis Code screen appears.


  1. In the Diagnosis Codes screen Type field, click the arrow to select a discipline. The list displays only those codes associated with the selected discipline.
