Upload Signature

Files

Therapists can upload a signature file into their user profile in order to electronically sign their documentation.

Upload an Electronic Signature File

Follow these instructions to upload an electronic signature file:

Note: Signature file should be a .gif file and the optimum image size should be around Width: 200 by Height: 50.

          1.  On the menu bar, click Setup. Select Users/Therapists from the drop-down menu.

          2.  A list of Users will appear. Click Edit next to the user-name whom you would like to upload a signature file for.

          3. Look for the User Profile box. On the last field, click the red pen icon to the right of the white box titled Signature.

          4. The File Opener will appear. Select the signature file image from the computer location in which you saved it (e.g. Photos, Downloads, Desktop, etc.)

          5. Click Open. The signature file image will attach to the user profile.

          6. If the signature file image appears correct and proportionate according to the instructions for uploading, click the Save icon to save the file.

The signature file image will now appear in the electronic signature box when you click the pen icon to sign documentation.
