Modalities Overview
The Modalities screen in the ClinicSource Setup section is where you add the modalities you need to use in the documentation. When the modalities are added you can select them from a list when you create the documentation.

Add Modalities The top part of the list is where you add the modality and a description by first selecting the dicipline. |

Modalities List The modalities list displays all of the modalities added to the system and indicates whether it is active or not active. |
