Accounts Overview


 

Accounts provides you with a snapshot of each patient's payment history including the remaining balance. You can click the patient's name to view more detailed information about the patient's account including a detailed breakdown of all charges and payments.


From this screen and from the patient information screen you can click the Create Invoice button  to create a new invoice or you can click the New Payment button  to add a new payment. Select the drop down menu and choose to print or Email an account statement or Patient Statement of the patient selected. Click the Patient heading to sort patients alphabetically or click the Balance heading to sort the list by balance.



By double clicking on a patient, you will be able to see greater detail concerning Charges and Payments for the patient which are individually linked to the source by double clicking on the line item in question.  By clicking ion the three vertical dots next to each column header allows for additional sorting and views.
