Reset Account

 

If a user forgets his password or user name and exceeds the number of log in attempts, you have to reset the account so he can try again. You can reset the account without resetting the password from the user list or you can reset the account and change the password in the use profile.

 

Reset the Account


Follow these instructions to reset an account from the user list screen:


  1. On the menu bar, click Setup. The Setup menu appears below the ClinicSource menu.


  1. On the Setup menu bar, click Users/Therapists. The Users/Therapists screen appears.


  1. In the User List screen, click Reset for the appropriate user. The account is reset.


          

 

Change the Password


Follow these instructions to change the password:


  1. On the menu bar, click Setup. The Setup menu appears below the ClinicSource menu.


  1. On the Setup menu bar, click Users/Therapists. The Users/Therapists screen appears.


  1. In the User List, click Edit beside the user account you want to reset. The User Profile screen appears.


          

  1. In the User Profile screen, click Set Password. The Set Password dialog box appears.


          

  1. Type a password in the New Password field.


  1. Type the same password in the Confirm Password field.


  1. Click Save to save the password. The dialog box closes.


  1. Click the Save icon  on the toolbar to save your change. The User List appears.
