Overview

The Remittance screen is where you apply payments from an insurer. The parts of the Remittance screen are:

Remittances Displays insurer information, the date, amount of the remittance check, the appropriate tracking information, how the money was received. In addition, ClinicSource keeps a running balance for showing the amount of money used from the check.
Documents and Remittance Notes Displays all associated documents and notes.
Treatment Charges Displays all of the treatments associated with the insurance company during the selected date range.
Treatments Applied to Remittance Lists all of the treatments applied to the remittance amount.
