Appointment Duration. The length of time for the an treatment/visit.


 

 

 

Check #


The sequential number that appears on the check in the upper right corner and at the bottom on the same line as the routing and account numbers.


 

 

 

Check ID


A unique number assigned to the check record in the system.

 

 

 

Date


The treatment/visit date. Appears in both the Unpaid Treatments table and the Treatments Assigned to Paycheck table.


 

 

 

Notes


Print the notes with the paycheck.


 

 

 

Paycheck Message


A free-form text field to add a message about the paycheck.


 

 

 

Rate/Unit Charge


The amount of money charged by the therapist per unit.
