Edit Diagnosis Code

The diagnosis code description and the ICD-10 Equivalence column  are the only fields you can change in the list. Follow these instructions to edit a diagnosis code description:

1.On the menu bar, click Setup. The Setup menu appears below the ClinicSource menu.

2.On the Setup menu bar, click Diag. Code. The Diagnosis Code screen appears.

3.In the Diagnosis Codes list, highlight the text you want to change in the Description column or update the ICD-10 Equivalence column.

4.Type your changes.

5.Click the Save icon  in the tool-bar. Your change is saved.
