CPT Codes Overview
The CPT Codes screen in the ClinicSource Setup section is where you add the CPT codes you need. When the codes are added you can select them from a list when you create invoices to submit to the insurance companies or when you create other types of documentation.

Add CPT Codes The top part of the list is where you add the CPT code, a description of the code, associated it with a discipline, an encounter indicator, and add the order. |

CPT Code List The CPT code list displays all of the codes and descriptions added to the system. |
