Credentials

Certifications held by the therapist indicating that the therapist has met certain requirements determined by the certifying organization.

Def. Hrly. Rate

Default Hourly Rate. The therapists default rate per hour for work.

Failed Logins

Sets the number of times a user can attempt to login and fail.

License #

A unique number assigned by a state licensing board indicating that the therapist met certain requirements defined by the state board.

Medicaid #

The therapist's Medicaid provider number. A unique number assigned by Medicaid for identification purposes.

NPI #

National Provider Identifier number. A unique number for health care providers. This number is required for reimbursement by insurance companies.

Password

Set the user's password for access to ClinicSource. A message indicates whether the password is set or not.

Pri. Discipline

Primary Discipline. The therapists primary work discipline.

Rendering Provider ID Numbers

Unique identifications numbers assigned by different insurance companies.

Signature

A graphical image of the therapist's signature that can be appended to documentation.

Taxonomy

A code used to identify a therapists specialty.

User Functions

The actions a user can perform in the application.
