A broad category associated with a goal.

Assistance

Indicates whether the patient required assistance and the type of assistance required.

Goals

A specific action designed to resolve a patients problem or to teach a new behavior. Goals are divided into Short Term Goals and Long Term Goals.

Level

An estimate of the level of assistance the patient needed to reach a goal for the visit.

Mas

Mastered. Indicates that the patient completed the goal.

Interventions

Modalities identified on the Plan of Care for the patient.
