License Management 

Overview

 

The License Management screen in Setup is where you have the ability to add, remove, upgrade, downgrade, enable and disable user licenses for the clinic.  


Once License Management is selected, you will see a notification alerting you to the possible implications that you changes may make to your monthly billing:



Once you read and accept the information in the disclaimer, you will be directed to the License Management Page.  Below is where any additions, subtractions, upgrades, downgrades and enabling or disabling of licenses/users can take place.  Once the adjustments are completed, you will see a Submit Changes button as well as a Cancel Button in the upper left.  Any additions to licenses will happen immediately and will be available for you to assign to a new user in Setup>Users/Therapists.  Any subtractions to user licenses will happen by the end of your current billing cycle.
