Diagnosis Codes 

Overview

 

The Diag. Code screen in the ClinicSource Setup section is where you add the diagnosis codes needed for invoices. After the codes are added you can select them from a list when you create invoices to submit to the insurance companies or when you create other types of documentation.


The Tool-bar


The tool-bar list is where you Save, delete, print, change the discipline and most importantly; add the ICD-10 Implementation date.

The top part of the list is where you add the diagnosis code, a description of the code, and associate it with a discipline.
