Appointment

 

You can view a specific appointment for a patient from the Patient screen. When the appointment screen appears, you can add notes, change the status or delete the appointment from the table.


Edit an Appointment


Follow these instructions to edit an appointment from the Patient screen.


  1. In the Patients screen, click the patient you want to view. The Patient screen appears.


  1. Scroll down to the Attendance table.


  1. In the Attendance table, click the appointment you want to view. The Appointment screen appears.


  1. Make your changes.


  1. Click Save icon  to save the changes. The Appointment screen closes.


 

Delete an Appointment


Follow these instructions to delete an appointment from the Patient window.


  1. In the Patient window, click the patient you want to view. The Patient screen appears.


  1. Scroll down to the Attendance table.


  1. In the Attendance table, click the appointment you want to view. The Appointment screen appears.


  1. Click the Delete icon . A confirmation dialog box appears.


  1. Click OK to delete the record and close the Appointment screen.
