Edit Treatments on 

Invoice

 

On the invoice, you can make changes to the entries on the Treatments on Invoice table. You can override some items in the table or you can remove one or more treatments from the table.


Edit a Treatment


Follow these instructions to edit one of the entries on the Treatments on Invoice table:


  1. At the end of the table, click Edit. The following fields become editable:


     

          

    • Modifer
    • Diag1 (Diagnosis 1)
    • Diag2 (Diagnosis 2)
    • Diag3 (Diagnosis 3)
    • Units
    • Rate/Unit 
    • W/O (Write Off)
    • Pat. Resp (Patient Responsibility)
    • Insurance


2.Make your changes.


3.Click one of these options:


  • Save - Save all changes.
  • Cancel - Delete any changes and return the table back to the original content.
  • Remove - Remove the entry from the Treatments on Invoice table. The treatment is moved to the Un-Invoiced Treatments table.


          

3.Click the Save icon  in the Invoice screen.

 

Remove a Treatment


In the Treatments on Invoice table, click Remove. The treatment is moved to the Un-Invoiced Treatments table.
