Copy Default Rates

 

The Default Rates tab provides you with the ability to copy default rates from another insurer. You can perform this action in the beginning when you are defining a new insurer or you can copy rates when you are editing the insurer information.


Follow these instructions to copy insurer information.


  1. From the ClinicSource menu select Setup > Insurer. The Insurer screen appears.


  1. Do one of the following:


    • Click the New Insurer icon to add a new insurer.
    • From the Insurers lists, select the appropriate insurer.


  1. In the Default Rates table, from the Select insurer to copy from drop-down field, select the insurer from whom you want to copy the rates. The insurer appears in the field.


  1. Click the Copy rates from existing Insurer icon. A confirmation dialog box appears.


  1. From the dialog box, click OK. The rates appear in the table.


  1. Click the Save icon to save the information.
