* for g-mail clients, you may get an error stating that SMTP credentials are invalid. If so, please go to "My Account" in Google, select sign-in and security, scroll all the way to the bottom and ensure "Allow less secure apps:" is on. Also, change/update your Google password....most commonly done by adding a 1 at the end of your current password. Once updated, please enter your new g-mail password in ClinicSource on your user profile (Setup>Users/Therapists).
