Billing Overview

Billing is where you can view all invoices and treatments associated with a patient for a specific amount of time. You can sort the list based on a date range and by insurer. There are two tabs on the Billing screen, Invoices and Treatments. The Invoices tab displays all of the invoices associated with a patient. The Treatments tab displays every treatment for a patient.

Treatments Tab

The Treatments tab displays a summary of information for each treatment while also providing you with the ability to manage the invoicing process . When you hold the mouse over the balloon, the transaction information appears for that treatment. Treatments that are already invoiced have a grayed-out check box. If you try to click the box, a check mark will not appear. The preferred method to create an invoice is from the Treatments tab.

Invoices Tab

The Invoices tab displays a summary of the invoice details once selected treatments from the Treatments tab are invoiced.
