⚐ Important Change to License Management

We wanted to let you know about an update to how license changes are managed in your account, designed to improve system stability, reporting accuracy, and transparency.

Effective 3/3/26, when a license is upgraded from Part-Time (PRN) to Full-Time, it cannot be downgraded for 60 days. The downgrade option will automatically become available on day 61.

To ensure clarity, you will see reminders throughout the process:

•A notice during upgrade indicating the 60-day downgrade restriction

•An alert on the Users page when selecting a Full-Time license, with confirmation upon saving

•Updated messaging in the License Management page noting that the change takes effect immediately and is prorated
